As Elvis Presley's 83rd Birthday approaches, the next EPE authenticated auction is almost upon us and oh dear, we have found a couple of issues that we have shared with EPE
advising them to rectify the issues in time for the auction.

LOT # 49
With this lot EPE offer up a collection of promotional material, Photo's and bumper stickers (see above) for the movie, 'King Creole' which we're sure you are aware was 1958. Well
not if you are the folks at EPE's Graceland Auctions.

Despite their assurance that everything in their auctions have been "
thoroughly researched and certified", Lot #49 is listed as Promotional Collection for Elvis Presley’s 1957
Film King Creole ..... Yep, King Creole = 1957... Apparently?   (see image below).

Then we have LOT # 268
This item shines another spotlight on the slackness of EPE as far as their "
thoroughly researched and certified" promise goes.

Back in 1982, RCA (USA) issued a promotional 7" vinyl 45 record [RCA ‎– JH-13302] featuring "An American Trilogy" [from the Album entitled "This Is Elvis" CPL2-4031] and "The
Impossible Dream" [from the album entitled "He Walks Beside Me" AFL1-2772]. The single was given away to fans for 1 day only on August 16th 1982, at the birthplace in Tupelo.
At the give away was the singles producer, Joan Deary who was signing copies.

Sorry, did I say Joan Deary? According to the "
thoroughly researched and certified" information it was Joan DREARY. Here is what's listed "produced by Joan Dreary of
RCA was created as a tribute to the King of Rock 'n' Roll and his birthplace. The 45 single was given out on one day only -- August 16, 1982"

EER's very own News Hound-Dog, Tony Stuchbury took on the task of once again of contacting our friends at EPE and as we have with their previous auctions, advised them of
their errors and given them information regarding various fake and incorrect listed items.

THEN, Tony noticed how EPE had listed several of the upcoming January 6th auction lots on Ebay, listed under
gracelandauthenicatedauctions - we've listed a link to one of
the listings, but since we asked EPE why they were now offering items via ebay, all the listings seem to have been removed. Why we are yet to hear? But what was noticed, that
even after our tip off, the listing for the King Creole items still states 1957. But, we are pleased to report that Joan is no longer DREARY..... She is back to Joan DEARY as she
should be.

Here is the ebay listing which is now removed:

If you want to have a bid on items at the auction, you can do so via the link below the declaration from EPE regarding how much safer it is with their authentications???

Each and every lot in this auction has been thoroughly researched and certified by Graceland Authenticated, the authority in Elvis and pop culture authentication. Navigating the
marketplace for Elvis artifacts can be confusing, if not treacherous. Graceland Authenticated removes the guesswork and sets a new standard in artifact authentication, providing
bidders with the peace of mind that the artifact they are buying is what it claims to be. Every lot in this auction is accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Graceland
Authenticated, so you can bid with confidence.
