Elvis Presley is heading to the UK on tour. . . . once Again, and UK fans can't wait

Elvis, who died in 1977, is bringing his Million Selling '
If I Can Dream' album to life with a bit of help from the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.

The arena tour will visit six cities in November including London, Leeds and Birmingham.

And the late star’s wife Priscilla Presley is going to make a special appearance at the shows.

She said:
‘What an honour for me to present for the live debut of what has become a very prestigious and beloved album along with other favourites backed by a full symphony

But this won’t be a hologram job – the performance will use archive material of Elvis’ performances with backing from the Philharmonic.

Tickets go on sale Friday March 18.

If I Can Dream
, released in October last year, features such hits as Burning Love, Love Me Tender and Can’t Help Falling In Love.

Priscilla shared the announcement on social media and the response from Elvis fans has been hugely positive, with many calling for the tour to go beyond the UK.

One fan said:
‘Good Grief!! Miracles do happen, the UK gets an Elvis show FIRST! Having seen the Elvis on screen with his Band in concert twice i have to say i am expecting
amazing things with this. Glasgow here i come…again!’

Another posted on Facebook: ‘I will be getting goosebumps sitting in the audience. Still loving the album.’
